Turnaround
Usually runs about 2 weeks from receipt of all production ready materials, paperwork, and approval of check discs, (call for specific dates). If we are also printing packaging for your order, total turnaround may be longer. Rush Jobs available - Please call.

Source Materials
Proper format DVD-R and/or DLT (call for details) with artwork for the face of the disc. If needed, we can assist with the DVD Premastering and creation of the DVD-R as well as the artwork. (DVD-9, discs with copy protection encryption, and DVD-Audio require a DLT tape source.)

Disc Art
Since we print DVDs using the our 160,000 color offset process , all artwork is cmyk unless pantone numbers are specified for Illustrator artwork. Full Color Digital Offset Printing Included or Spot Silkscreen. Unless customer provides film and color proofs, a one time film charge of £70.00 will apply

Check Disc
If you wish, we can manufacture a data check disc for your approval at no extra cost before we replicate the total quantity. The test discs are manufactured in the same manner as the final discs with the exception of theartwork and usually adds about 4-7 working days to the turnaround time. However, if, after testing your check discs, you decide to submit new source data or cancel the project, a check disc fee would apply, (DVD-5: £1500, DVD-9: £2100)

Packaging
Due to DVD's higher tolerances, we suggest using our DVD packaging options, however, most of our standard packaging works for both CD and DVD.

Quantity
You may order fewer than 1,000 discs, however, for the disc production, due to the cost of creating a glass master and metal stamper, it is the same price to manufacture 1,000 discs or less.
